STOP FRAUD IN ITS TRACKS WITH TEXT ALERTS
Protect Yourself from Debit Card Fraud with Mission Bank Debit Card SMS (Text) Fraud Alerts.
Your security is a priority at Mission Bank. Our debit card fraud monitoring system already tracks and scores transactions based on a variety of criteria such as dollar amount and location. Now, you can receive a text message alert while you are on the go if suspicious activity is noted on your card.
How it works: If you have a debit card with Mission Bank and a valid cell phone number on file you should receive the following text message:
Mission Bank Fraud Alerts. Reply YES to enroll. Reply HELP for help. STOP to cancel. Msg & Data Rates May Apply
If you wish to enroll but have not received or replied to the initial enrollment SMS, please contact a Customer Service Representative at your local branch.
*Changing mobile service providers may require you to reenroll your mobile device. The cell phone or mobile device must have the ability to send and receive text messages and the use of "short codes" must not be blocked. Standard text messaging rates may apply; please contact your mobile service provider for details.
If you do not wish to enroll, simply reply STOP or do not respond to the message you receive.
THE NEW BILL PAY SYSTEM IS HERE
This new Bill Pay system offers many new benefits and features:
Login to your Online Banking account then click on the link for your account to access Bill Pay. Then click on the button at the top of the screen (middle of the 2nd row) for Bill Payment.
